Ingredients
250gSoftened Unsalted Butter
4CupsIcing Sugar(Powdered Sugar)
2tspVanilla Extract
2tbspMilk
Instructions
Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl.
Gradually add the sifted icing sugar and mix on low speed until all combined. Scrape down the bowl each time.
Add Vanilla and mix well at a low speed, until all is combined.
Add the milk and mix well on a low speed.
Add more milk if needed to get the right consistency you need for your decorating.
Notes
This recipe will cover 12 to 18 cupcakes depending on what you have planed or 1 small cake. For large cakes such as 4 layers, you will need to double the mixture.Buttercream icing also is great for just the crumb coat before adding fondant.
