Simple Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Really easy to bake in the air fryer, and makes for a great snack during the day. Best of all no preheating is required.

Instructions
Melt 50 grams of butter and put aside to cool. Melt some extra butter and baste the baking pan.
Lightly whisk the eggs and mash the bananas.
Sift all the flour and cinnamon into a bowl. Add the sugar and mix, breaking up any lumps.
Add the butter, eggs, milk, bananas and ½ cup chocolate chips. Mix until just combined.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and place in your air fryer on 150° C or 302° F for 40 to 45 minutes
Use a toothpick to check if it is cooked. When ready cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing.
Notes
Serve with some whipped cream and strawberries, along with a cup of tea or coffee. Or add to the kid's school lunch boxes.
