Instructions
Sausage Patties
In a large mixing bowl add the breadcrumbs, egg, tomato and worcestershire sauce, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper and then combine.
Portion out the mixture to make 15 to 16 balls, roll in flour and flatten.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the patties in batches until golden brown.
Place in an ovenproof dish, cover and keep warm.
Savoury Rice
Rinse rice and cook until tender. Rince again and set aside.
Dice the onion and celery. Heat oil in a frypan and saute the onion and celery.
Add the rice, grated carrot and stir until rice is warmed through.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
