In a large mixing bowl, sift the flour and baking powder. Add the salt and stir.
And the lemonade and thickened cream, then stir with a spoon until combined.
Set up your weber q with a convection tray and trivet, then preheat for 10 minutes or until it reaches 200/220°C. Refer to Note 1 for burner settings
Empty your scone dough mix onto a well floured surface, and sprinkle more flour over the top of the dough.Knead until smooth. Add more flour if needed, a little at a time if the dough is still really wet and sticky.
Create a ball out of the dough and using your hand flatten the dough until it is around 2½ to 3 cm high.
Coat a 7cm round cookie cutter in flour and press into the dough. Place the cut out scones onto a lined baking tray.
After scones are cut out, gently knead the left over dough and repeat the above steps until all the dough is used.
Baste your scones with cream and place the tray onto your trivet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Turn the tray around halfway through to get a more even bake. Adjust the knobs accordingly to maintain 200°C. Refer to Note 2 for burner settings

Family Q - Turn both burners onto the high setting while preheating.
Baby & Q2200 - Turn the burner to the high setting.
Note 2: Burner Setting While Cooking.
Family Q - Turn the inner burner off and set the outer burner to medium to medium high.
Baby & Q2200 - Turn the burner to medium to medium high.
Note 3: Oven Settings
Preheat your oven to 200°C and bake for 17 minutes or until golden brown.
