  • 60 g Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cups Plain Flour or All Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Caster Sugar
  • 4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda (bi-carb)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ¾ cups Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 200 g Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Melt butter and set aside.
  • Place flour, castor sugar, baking powder, soda and salt into a large bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Whisk the egg, then add that along with the melted butter, milk and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk well until smooth.
  • Add the chocolate chips and stir through.
