60gUnsalted Butter
2cupsPlain Flouror All Purpose Flour
¼cupCaster Sugar
4tspBaking Powder
¼tspBaking Soda (bi-carb)
½tspSalt
1 ¾cupsMilk
2tspVanilla Extract
1Egg
200gMilk Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Melt butter and set aside.
Place flour, castor sugar, baking powder, soda and salt into a large bowl and whisk to combine.
Whisk the egg, then add that along with the melted butter, milk and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk well until smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and stir through.
Melt some butter on a pancake pan over medium-low heat. Use a ¼ cup and scoop the batter onto the pan and spread gently with the side of the cup to make a circle.
Flip when the pancake starts to create holes. Let it cook for another minute or so and then place onto a plate.
