Easy Cream Cheese Frosting For Cakes And More
Cream Cheese is not just for cheesecakes; it also makes an excellent Cream Cheese Frosting and is super quick and easy to make.
- 250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
- 125 g Unsalted Butter softened
- 3 cups Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ⅛ tsp Sea Salt kosha salt
Cream butter and cream cheese together in a mixing bowl
Add icing sugar, vanilla extract and salt to the mixture. Mix well on a low speed until just combined, then increase speed to medium-high until well mixed.
