  • 250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
  • 125 g Unsalted Butter softened
  • 3 cups Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • tsp Sea Salt kosha salt


  • Cream butter and cream cheese together in a mixing bowl
  • Add icing sugar, vanilla extract and salt to the mixture. Mix well on a low speed until just combined, then increase speed to medium-high until well mixed.
