Ingredients
4sliceswhite bread
2tbspbutter or margarine
6tsppizza tomato paste3 tsps are optional
100gham piecesapprox 80g if adding pineapple
80gpineapple piecesoptional
1/2cupPizza cheese
Instructions
Butter one side of each slice of bread with butter or margarine.Place one slice of bread in the sandwich maker, butter side down.
Spread about 1 and 1/2 tsp of pizza tomato paste onto the bread.
Add the ham pieces over the top and then pineapple if you like.Sprinkle 1/4 cup or a handful of pizza cheese over the ham and pineapple.
Optionally, you can add extra pizza tomato paste over the top by either squeezing a small amount over the ingredients or spreading another 1 and 1/2 teaspoons on the slices of bread going on top.
Place the other slices of bread on top, butter side up.
Close the sandwich maker and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the bread is golden brown, depending on your sandwich maker/jaffle iron model.
